How do we do it?
The valuation is compiled remotely, based on the latest approved sectional title plans, public imagery and a telephonic interview with a representative of the body corporate.
The preliminary desktop valuation is compiled remotely. As soon as conditions permit, we will schedule a physical site inspection and invoice the remaining 50%.
The desktop service does not apply to commercial market price valuations.
Why not just wait until after lockdown?
We have mastered the art of landing 97% of our desktop valuations within a range of ±5% from the real deal*. The insurance industry generally tolerates a deviation of the sum insured of up to 10%.
Consequently, there is no reason to defer your legal responsibility to have your body corporate valued every three years!
